Ark Wood Floors

Ark offers two different hardwood flooring constructions… Engineered and Solid. While much ado is made about the advantages of one over the other, the fact is that both are equally beautiful, and in most situations, equally long lasting. We offer a lifetime structural guarantee and a 25 year finish guarantee on both constructions (see warranty for details). Somerset Hardwood Flooring

The patterns and color variations created in a living tree are like all of nature — never repeated.

Naturally occurring wood characteristics such as mineral streaks, knots, and variations in grain and color, are not considered defects. Also, the color of your floor will vary over time with exposure to ultraviolet and natural light. As a result of these natural characteristics, and the limitations of printing, your newly installed Somerset floor will vary.
