I got stuck with a wet basement during that last rain storm, and was beside myself. I thought I could salvage some of it, but it ended up being a total mess. I called Carpet’s 4U and within a few hours, Tim was out to take a look at how bad the damage was, and within a few days, my basement was back to normal. The guys came in and moved the furniture and did the rip up, there was no way I could have done that. It was all done for a fantastic price!

I had to get new floors, mine were just disgusting, and I remember hearing those ad’s on WIIL Rock – so I called, and yeap, he sounds the same on the phone! I was being lazy and had Tim come out with some samples, and again, so undecided, so I ended up following him back to his showroom. He took the time to explain all the difference in the floors, I was steering towards real wood, but I do have to say, the laminate floor he recently talked about on the radio is all that and more.

I just have to say, what a great deal, great job and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Amy was a great help in getting everything set up, even when I had to change the installation date, a few times!

I found Tim online, I had moved to Georgia and was still trying to sell our house up there, and was looking for the closest place to where my home was – after a little bit of back and forth communication, I ended up getting the entire house done, without even having to be there. I ended up saving on airfare as well as carpeting, and a week later, the house sold!

I had Mad Max come out and install my carpet, and I’ve never met such a hard worker – you should see this man’s knuckles. He worked from sun-up until sun-down, never stopping! He was wonderful, the job turned out great and it didn’t break the bank.

I had an issue with some carpeting that I had installed from another store, they were rude from the get-go, I knew I would have to replace the carpet, and I finally contacted Tim @ Carpet’s 4U, he was understanding, kind and gave me a great deal. I wish I would have started out with Carpet’s 4U, the entire experience was good!

I just had my kitchen floor re-done and Tommy came out, the Cassabella Flooring is killer – and I couldn’t have asked for a better deal. The entire experience was the best.

I bought commercial carpet from another company in the past, and had a terrible experience, within a few months it started to frey and the seams began to show, there was also a snag, that ended up being the entire length of the room. I called Carpets 4U and asked about repairing what I had down, and Tim brought out his samples, and explained to me the differences in all the commercial grades of carpet.
He had several samples, and was not out to rake me over the coals, he was honest and up front. This carpet was in my office and it looked like S*^t, I knew I had to bite the bullet and get something done about it, appearance is everything and Tim made sure that I was happy, but not broke!

Carpet Installation & Mad Max by Kent
I have to say, I’ve never met a greater guy, I’ve been a fan of Wiil Rock and hear Max call in from time to time! He’s a work horse man! I called Carpets 4U and Tim came to measure, I had a price in mind, because I have shopped around, and he beat each and everyone of them. The installation was easy and Max and his helper went above and beyond, making sure that everything was put back in place!

Laminate Flooring Installation & Casabella by Rita
I heard Tim’s commercial on WIIL Rock about this floor and being that we had just torn out the floor in our kitchen but still undecided on what to put in, I gave a call in to Carpets 4U and I actually got Tim directly. He came out the next morning with a whole lot of laminate samples, this particular brand was beautiful. It took us a day or so to decide, but as promised, the price was better than any big chain, the installation was flawless.

I purchased new carpeting from you for my entire home, Max & Eric came out to do the installation on a Friday and Saturday. Max & Eric were friendly and professional and they did a beautiful job! I will recommend Carpets 4 U and their work to anyone.

Hardwood Flooring Installation by Jeannie & Jim
I just wanted to let you know what an awesome job your installers Don, Harley and Todd did on our hard wood floors! Not only is the flooring beautiful (of course, I picked it out!), but the job they did was wonderful. There was one minor glitch, but that is being worked out now.
You said I would be happy and I am! Price and service we received was almost too good to be true.

Beaulieu Carpet Review
These guys rock, their Carpet installers are incredible and it is quite an art form watching Max and Eric at work. Tim you guys rock! I love the Frize Carpet from Beaulieu, I walk on it and it is such a huge improvement, I am glad I listened to you when you tried to talk me out of the cheaper carpet and go with something that will last.

Tim, You really know how to treat your customers. We had a rather large job that needed to be done, and you were great. Not only is the flooring we picked out exceptional but, I was able to get my kitchen floor done as well. Everything looks wonderful and your prices can’t be beat. I will definately be returning as now the rest of my house needs new carpeting. Thanks again for everything.
