We were referred to Tim and Carpets 4 U II by a friend and immediately upon meeting Tim and Jesse felt we’d made a great choice for replacing the badly stained carpeting throughout our home. We feel we got a great price for really great carpeting and when the installers came (Max, Darryl, Eric and Jesse) we were thoroughly impressed with their experience and attention to details…and they were fast, too! And as was Tim, they were all very personable and friendly; the kind of people you really feel comfortable with working in your home. Everyone we met was a top notch, hard working all around great person.

And after a week with our new carpet…we love it even more!

Thanks for great carpeting and a great experience! Four thumbs up from us and all the referrals we can make! Now about that linoleum we need in our kitchen….

Carpet and Laminate Floors

Dear Tim – I’ve had my new laminate flooring (living, dining and family room) installed almost two weeks now.

The downstairs is so beautiful, I can’t believe it’s the same house, The deal I got from you on the materials was fabulous.

I was very impressed with the precision, care and clean-up they provided. Also, the job was completed quickly. So glad I didn’t go the DIY route. The carpet team was also great.

Now, I have beautiful “Hollywood” stairs and a clean bright, hallway. Can’t wait to have your teams back to do the upstairs bedrooms. Thanks so much for the incredible service you and your guys have provided. I am thrilled and have sung your praises to my neighbors, friends and family. Carpets 4 U – you’re the best! -

Laminate and Carpet Installations

Dear Tim

I’ve had my new laminate flooring (living, dining and family room) installed almost two weeks now. The downstairs is so beautiful, I can’t believe it’s the same house, The deal I got from you on the materials was fabulous.

That’s important because I’m now a retiree. The look and quality of the 12mm flooring is more than I hoped for; not to mention the courtesy and efficiency of the installation team – Tom and Greg. I was very impressed with the precision, care and clean-up they provided. Also, the job was completed quickly.

I am so glad I didn’t go the DIY route. The carpet team was also great. Now, I have beautiful “Hollywood” stairs and a clean bright, hallway. Two months after the installation of my new beautiful laminate flooring, I wake up and walk around my house smiling! When guests ask about my new flooring, I become your greatest fan praising not only the quality of the flooring itself, but also the fair pricing I received from you personally. I also appreciated the professionalism showed by your installers. By answering all of our questions throughout the process, and cleaning up their work so thoroughly after each day of work, it allowed for a truly stress-free experience.

Carpet Installers Go The Extra Mile

This is what business is all about – satisfied customers! I received this today, in the snail mail. The written word, with a stamp if you can believe it. The customer took the time to hand address the envelope and here is what they had to say:

Just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how happy we were with the carpet and especially the installation. Mike and Ken were great! Mike was especially helpful and both installers really cared about moving the furniture carefully and then moving it back to the correct spots. Mike even went the extra mile to put the bed skirt back under the bed and helped lift the mattress up so I can fix it even more. Mike was also very aware when moving back our computer cabinet and made sure the wires were not pulling from the wall. Mike really treated the furniture like it was his own.

It was so nice to have good work done in the house especially since it can be a bit overwhelming when a house full of furniture has to be moved around. We also loved the extra touch that was put on the stairs, “Hollywood Stairs – Carpet”, it really made them look special.

Thanks again for a job well done and we will spread the word.

If it’s in stock, we can do carpet installation same day. Sometimes though, there are bumps in the road and if we have a problem, we will let you know.
